Shipping Policy


All orders are shipped from Mainland China or Hong Kong, China. We aim to process your order within 3-5 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link once your package has been dispatched.

Estimated Delivery Time

Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location and local courier services.

  • Standard Shipping: 10–20 business days
  • Express Shipping: 5–7 business days

Order Tracking

After your package ships, we’ll send you a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please make sure your email address is entered correctly at checkout. If the email is incorrect, you may not receive tracking information.

If you have trouble tracking your order or do not receive your package within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at takaramonobr@gmail.com within 30 days of shipment. We are unable to assist with delivery issues reported after this period.

Customs & Import Duties

Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country. We recommend checking your local customs policies before placing an order. Refused packages due to unpaid customs fees may not be eligible for a refund.

Delivery Confirmation

If your tracking information shows the package was delivered but you haven’t received it, please follow these steps:

  • Check for a pickup notice from the courier
  • Ask neighbors or household members if they received it on your behalf
  • Request a proof of delivery (including signature) from the courier

All packages are insured and require a signature upon delivery. We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. In cases of lost or misdelivered items, please contact the courier directly to initiate an investigation. We’ll do our best to assist you if needed.
