The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
Processing time: Order verification, quality check and packaging. All order are sent to manufacturers for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturer and China post/DHL process the orders, which takes an additional 2-3 days.
This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. US orders are shipped by e-Packet/DHL, which usually take between 7-14/3-5 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time. Besides,UPS,FeDeX ect are also available.
If your credit card is declined there may be a few reasons: the card has no funds available, you entered the wrong CSV security code, the card is expired, you entered the wrong billing information, the card dose not allow internet purchases (card not present purchases) ect. In any event by calling your issuing bank they can tell you why the card is declining.

Only unshipped orders may be cancelled. Cancellation may be done either through email or by telephone. Refund will be issued accordingly if card is charged.

Yes, we use only 100% authentic cultured pearls and natural gemstones. TAKARAMONOBR jewellery only selects the top 5-10% harvest of saltwater pearls. As all our pearls are grown from cultured oysters, they are not man made, so a certain amount of natural blemishes is normal and should be tolerated for naturally formed gems.
Because pearls are naturally formed in an oyster, their colouring and condition are dependent on the quality of the water in which they grow. Different minerals and their levels in the water, have an effect on the colour. This is then reflected in the actual pearl colours; creams can be light or darker, the green again grey or almost peacock with intensity, the white can be pink or almost rainbow-like. That is the beauty of the natural pearl.
