We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Return Window
To request a return, please email us at takaramonobr@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Once your request is approved, you’ll have another 7 days to send the item back.
Returns submitted late or without prior notice may be delayed or subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be regular-priced
- Unused and in original condition
- Returned in its original packaging
Please note that returns must be shipped back to Mainland China. The return address will be provided after your return request is approved.
When Return Shipping Is Not Covered
Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility, unless the product has a verified quality issue.
Minor imperfections are not considered quality issues. Pearls—whether natural or cultured—almost always have some level of surface blemishes. These are part of their organic nature. We clearly describe the condition of each item in the product listings using terms such as:
- some blemish
- slightly blemishes
- very slightly blemishes
Additionally, overtones in pearls—such as pink, silver, or green—may appear differently under various lighting conditions. This variation is natural and not considered a defect. We recommend reviewing the product details carefully before purchasing.
Exchanges
We offer free replacements only in the following situations:
- You received a damaged or incorrect item
- You notify us within 7 days of delivery
- You provide clear photos and your order number

We do not offer replacements for worn or gifted items. No replacement requests will be accepted after 7 days.
Final Sale Items
Items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return or exchange.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll send you an email regarding the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within a few business days.
- Refunds are only issued to the original payment method (credit card or PayPal)
- Processing time: 1–3 business days after we receive your return
- Bank posting time: another 3-5 business days depending on your provider
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please:
- Check your bank or PayPal account again
- Contact your credit card company—it may take time to post
- Contact your bank—processing time may vary

Return Shipping
Please note:
- Shipping costs and any import duties or taxes are non-refundable
- Returns due to address issues or unclaimed packages will incur a $29.99 restocking fee if refunded
If you're returning an item valued over $88, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for returned items lost in transit.
